KTM Care was founded by Kerry and Paul Austin, a husband-and-wife team combining operational experience with strong operational management. Kerry leads our service delivery, autism practice, and positive behaviour support focusing on high-quality, person-centred care, while Paul brings his steady leadership and financial management, giving our team a stable foundation.
Our journey began with a clear vision to support autistic individuals and people with complex needs. Though the early days brought challenges, overcoming those hurdles strengthened our core foundation: trust, perseverance and an unwavering commitment to quality care.
Today, we take immense pride in supporting individuals, their families, and our dedicated team members. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live a fulfilling life, and we are excited to welcome you as part of our ongoing journey.
