Support Workers & Learning Facilitators Who Make Every Day Meaningful

Empowering Individuals, Transforming Lives

The most important thing we do at KTM Care isn’t care, it’s connection.

We believe positive outcomes start with positive relationships. By understanding each person’s communication style, interests, strengths and needs, we create support that is meaningful, consistent and centred around the individual.

Our teams help children, young people and adults develop confidence, independence and life skills through everyday experiences, community engagement and carefully planned support. We celebrate progress in all its forms and recognise that every person’s journey is different.

We’re looking for people who can build trust, remain calm when situations are challenging and genuinely want to make a difference in someone’s life.

Individuality • Choice • Empowerment • Independence

“We strive to give you a voice so that you can make your own choice.”
