Providing specialist autism, learning disability and support services across Essex. Through our Non-School Alternative Provision, Post-16 Programmes and Out-of-Hours Support, we deliver personalised pathways that build confidence, independence, communication and life skills, helping children and young people achieve positive outcomes and prepare for the future. By focusing on the whole child, we are supporting not only educational engagement but the essential skills needed for everyday life, positive relationships and future independence.
Our Services
Non-School Alternative Provision
Bespoke educational support and life skills development for children with Autism, complex learning disabilities and additional needs who require a supportive, structured environment outside of mainstream or specialist school settings.
Our provision combines personalised learning, communication support, community-based experiences and life skills development to help children build confidence, engagement, independence and emotional wellbeing. Using predictable routines, strong relationships and a low-arousal approach, we create safe and meaningful opportunities for children to learn, develop social communication skills and experience success at their own pace.
Post-16 Programmes
Our Post-16 programmes place preparation for adulthood at the heart of everything we do. We create a tailored pathway to each young person to develop independence, confidence, communication skills and community readiness through personalised, practical learning experiences.
By focusing on life skills, social development, wellbeing and real world opportunities, we help young people build the skills they need to thrive in adulthood and achieve their future goals.
